What we send

Only messages tied to an action the user just took in the merchant’s app or booking form.

Login codes

One-time passwords for the merchant dashboard and, if enabled, for the end customer. Number is entered at sign-in.

Booking confirmations

Salons, tutors and clinics send a confirmation and a 24-hour reminder after the client books online.

Order status

Small shops notify a buyer who typed their phone at checkout: paid, packed, ready for pickup.

Opt-in

Every number on Avisly is collected in the product UI. We do not import spreadsheets or buy data.

1. User types a phone number in a booking form, checkout, or login screen.
2. Unchecked SMS box + short disclosure: “We will text this number about this booking / order / login.”
3. User submits. Avisly sends only that thread.
4. STOP / NIE in a reply unsubscribes that number.
