Terms of service

These terms are between you and Adrian Zieliński, sole trader in Poland, trading as Avisly.

Service

Avisly is software that lets a business send transactional SMS: appointment confirmations, order updates, and one-time login codes. It is not a marketing tool.

Acceptable use

You may only send messages to numbers collected from people who just used your form, checkout or login. Forbidden: purchased lists, scraped numbers, phishing, debt collection blasts, political campaigns, SHAFT content, and any traffic that violates the destination country’s telecom rules or Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Opt-out

You must honour STOP / NIE / rezygnacja. Avisly will suppress those numbers on our side as well.

Fees

Monthly plan plus per-SMS usage as published on the site. Invoices in PLN. Unpaid accounts are paused.

Liability

The service is provided as available. Delivery depends on mobile networks. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months, except where Polish law forbids a limit.

Law

Polish law. Courts of the entrepreneur’s place of business, unless a consumer is involved.
